History of Our Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Bangalore
This Sai Baba Temple was inaugurated in the Puttenahalli region of Bangalore where Dr Sri Gurumurthy Guruji used to reside, in the year 1997. Sai Baba showered his blessings on our Gurumurthy Guruji in Puttenahalli, where the temple is currently situated.
Initially, Gurumurthy Guruji started this Sai Baba Temple at Puttenhalli by placing Shirdi Sai baba’s small photograph. But with the Shirdi Sai Baba’s blessings, the ‘mandir’ took a revival shape.
Subsequently, in the year 2003, a trust was created on the name of Sai Samsthana, from there onwards; numerous recreational activities started taking place, for example, distribution of food to poor people living in nearby slum areas, distribution of books to the poor kids, and many more. This activity is conducted every week i.e. every Thursday in Annadanam.

Since 2001, ‘Annadhana Seva’ at Shri Shiva Shakti Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at Puttenahalli, JP Nagar, Bangalore (around 800 – 1000 aficionados take Sai Baba Maha prasadam).
and Since 2017 ‘Annadhana Seva’ at Shri Sai Sidhashrama Temple at Chikkenahalli Gate, Hirisave Hobli, Chennarayapattana taluk, Hassan District, on EveryDay.
Serving the Mankind
With the ashirwaad of Shirdi Sai Baba along with the direction given by our pooja Sri Gurumurthy Guruji and with all your benevolent assistance, Sai Samsthana is doing great for the humanity and serving its mankind. The mandir is under construction for its development and the regular aarti of Shirdi Sai Baba is being conducted with all customs and rituals.

Our poojya Sri Gurumurthy Guruji has taken a resolution of manufacturing 18 Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, to outspread the entire life history of Shirdi Sai Baba of which numerous devotees can lead their lifetime swiftly by Sai Baba Lessons (Saburi & Shraddha) and likewise turning the Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir into a central spot, numerous infrastructural improvements were carried out to the closeby villages & towns and helping the needy & poor people, and a lot more recreational activities will be done for the betterment of the Mankind.
Initiatives taken by Sai Samsthana
Sri Sai Darshanam Trust is an enlisted charitable organization working in the areas of serving the mankind for the last couple of years. The prime focal point of the trust is promoting education to the poor and needy people and clinical aid to the weaker section of the society.
SSDT has been encouraging numerous understudies, taking care of the destitute, and sets up free clinical camps in Southern Bangalore, Chennarayapattana Taluk, Hirisave Hobli, Holenarasipura Taluk of Hassan District, and Ulivala Village. Our significant contribution in this stream is to offer support and encouragement services to the poor students, impaired, and old aged people.
SSDT is currently operating on the Shri Sai Baba good cause, for example, conducting free check-up medication camps in rural areas and distributes of free medicines for people, visiting Government Clinics & Hospitals and circulates Biscuits, Fruits, Bread, Milk, etc. to the needy persons, free distribution of stationary items, bearing school expenses of some poor students who are keen but is lacking financial resources, dispersing Specs, arrange “Sai Baba Maha prasadam”, and many more.
Our organization also conducts Satsang with the help of our poojya Dr Sri Gurumurthy Guruji to get individuals to lead the correct way and endure better in this worldly universe by assisting other people without harming the nature and other people.
Our significant responsibility under the adoption plan is to offer administrations to kids, for example, books, stationary items, uniforms, school fees, etc. Likewise, we also offer infrastructure services to educational institutes, for example, Reconstruction, Repair, Maintenance of the school, Water, Black Boards, Toilets, etc. In cases, when the school management is unable to offer sufficient facilities to the students, the Trust takes a step forward by providing Teachers to the management due to the giant deficiency of trained teachers and their unavailability with the system.
Most importantly, the trust has also been providing with additional training and necessary guidance to the coordinators and teachers. We have additionally observed notable changes in the zone of reduction in dropout rates, good results in exams and tests, improved motivation to seek higher studies and improvement in confidence level.
In the name of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba, the SSDT had also organized a free dispersion of food (Annadhana) in South Bangalore, at an old age home, and close by location at Hirisave Hobli of Hassan District.
Sree Sai Maha Vidyadhana
Our primary goal has always been to serve humanity. And hence, with the virtue of Shirdi Sai Baba and Margdarshan of our poojya Gurumurthy Guruji, we have begun Sri Sai Maha Vidya Dhana at a large scale and almost everywhere from 2015 itself by embracing 8 students, by bearing their total education expenses, for example, uniforms, stationery items, books, school fees, and many more.
Sai Samsthana is functioning for the betterment of humanity for the last fifteen years by directing individuals on the spiritual way and preaching the colloquialisms of Shirdi Sai Baba.
Hence, Sai Samsthana is growing its services and has wandered in to “Sree Sai Maha Vidyadhana ” through which it will assist kids with getting the education and have a normal lifestyle in future and walk according to that in this fast-growing era.
Sree Sai Maha Vidyadhana has taken various steps to support those children who are keen to study yet their family’s financial conditions do not permit them to do so. You can take an interest in this Sai Baba Fund Raising Campaign by investing your Precious Time, Money, etc.
Shri Shirdi Sai Baba always used to state that Annadhana & Vidya Dhana are the simplest way to accomplish Mukti (Reach God). You should know about how many kids are capable of going to school.
